# 予約設定

**予約設定**セクションでは、クラスおよび予約管理のあらゆる項目を設定できます。アクセス権限、通知設定、予約フォーム、そしてウェブサイトやメンバーポータルに埋め込むウィジェットの管理など、すべてをここで行うことができます。

メインメニューから**「設定（Settings）」**を開き、

**「予約（Bookings）」**を選択します。

**予約設定**

**予約設定**セクションでは、アカウント全体におけるクラスおよび予約の運用方法を定義します。誰が予約を行えるか、支払いの処理方法、キャンセルの扱い方など、スタッフとメンバー双方の予約動作を統括的に管理します。これらの設定を調整することで、ジムの運営方針やメンバーに提供したい体験に合わせた予約プロセスを構築することができます。

**予約可能者と予約タイミングの管理**

この設定では、誰が予約を行えるか、どのくらい前から予約が可能か、またキャンセルがいつまで許可されるかを指定できます。さらに、特定のプログラムやクラス種別へのアクセス権を含む**有効なメンバーシップを持つメンバーのみに予約を制限**することも可能です。

**メンバーとスタッフに表示される情報の管理**

メンバーやインストラクターにどの予約情報を表示するかを設定できます。たとえば、すでに予約している人数を表示したり、参加者名を公開したり、クラス開始時に出席者を自動チェックインさせたりすることが可能です。また、インストラクターのダッシュボード上で見える情報の範囲や、メンバーが予約をキャンセルした際に予約料金を返金するかどうかも設定できます。

**リードおよび予約後フォローの効率化**

これらのオプションを使用すると、予約やリード管理の一部を自動化できます。リピート会員向けに定期予約（Recurring Bookings）を有効にしたり、書類署名を必須化したり、無断キャンセル時にセッション数を自動的に差し引く設定も可能です。また、予約確定前にリード情報（見込み顧客データ）を収集したり、予約が完了した時点でリードのステータスを「予約済み（Booked）」に自動更新したりすることもできます。

**予約通知**

**予約通知**設定では、予約に関して自動送信されるメールやテキストメッセージを管理できます。予約確認、リマインダー、無断欠席アラートなどを有効にし、各通知の受信者を指定することが可能です。また、リマインダーをクラスの1日前や数時間前など、送信タイミングを自由に設定でき、インストラクター、メンバー、スタッフのうち誰に対して新規予約やキャンセル通知を送るかも選択できます。

**予約ウィジェット**

**予約ウィジェット**を使用すると、クラスや予約スケジュールを自分のウェブサイトやメンバーポータル内に表示できます。表示するスケジュールを選択し、予約フォームをリンクさせたり、予約手順をカスタマイズしたりすることが可能です。外部サイトに埋め込む場合は、提供されている**スクリプトコード**または**WordPressショートコード**を、サイトのHTMLまたはテキストエディタに貼り付けてください。

**「先にリード情報を収集」** を有効にすると、訪問者がクラスを選択する前に連絡先情報を入力するよう、予約の流れが変更されます。これにより、新しいリード（見込み顧客）を効率的に獲得しやすくなります。この設定をオフにすると、訪問者は最初にセッション（クラス）を選択します。

 **予約フォーム**

**予約フォーム**セクションでは、メンバーやリード（見込み顧客）がクラスや予約を申し込む際に使用するフォームを作成・管理できます。各フォームは、**体験予約**、**アセスメント**、会員予約など、特定の目的に合わせてカスタマイズでき、ウェブサイト上やマネージャーアカウント内に表示させることが可能です。
