# ジム運営タスクを自動化する方法

Gymdesk では、さまざまなジム運営タスクを自動化できます。

自動化できるタスクには、金融レポートなどの管理業務から、マーケティングメッセージなどのビジネス関連業務まで含まれます。

**ジムの課金（請求）自動化**

Gymdesk の決済機能を使うことで、ジムの支払い処理を自動化できます。  
大まかな流れとしては、以下の 3 つのステップを実行します：

1. 決済プロセッサーを連携する
2. 定期支払いを設定したメンバーシップを作成する
3. メンバーシップを Gymdesk ポータルに紐づける

定期請求を利用しない場合でも、メンバーはオンラインアカウントにアクセスでき、そこで請求情報やメンバーシップ情報を管理できます。  
また、支払い予定や延滞に関する自動通知が送信されるため、あなたが介入しなくてもメンバーが自分で支払い問題を解決できます。

**ジムのチェックイン**

Gymdesk のフロントデスクモードやセルフチェックイン機能を使えば、ジムの出席管理を自動化できます。

セルフチェックインが何らかの理由でうまく動作しない場合やエラーが発生した場合は、スタッフが手動でチェックインを行うことも可能です。

Gymdesk では、マーケティングオートメーション機能内にある自動化トリガーを使って、スタッフへのタスク割り当てを自動化できます。これにより、チーム全体を成長につながる業務にしっかり集中させることができます。

1. Gymdesk のウェブサイト上でスケジュールを作成するか、Gymdesk のスケジュールウィジェットを外部サイトに埋め込む。

1. Gym 画面から Schedule（スケジュール） タブに進み、  
   　 セッションを開き、  
   　2. 「Booking（予約）」タブに移動し、  
   　3. 「Available for booking（予約可能）」にチェックを入れます。
