# メンバーの支払い

[メンバープロフィール](https://docs.gymdesk.com/help/member-profile?hsLang=en)では、会費請求、単発支払い、会員権とは別に作成された定期支払いなど、すべての支払い履歴を確認できます。

### **定期的なお支払い**

定期的なお支払いは、固定スケジュールで実行される支払いプランです。ほとんどの場合、支払いはメンバーシッププランによって管理されますが、請求設定で Manual Recurring Payments（手動での支払い）をオンにすることで、手動で管理することもできます。

**定期支払いの概要**

定期支払いとは、毎週・毎月・３か月ごとなど、あらかじめ設定したスケジュールで繰り返し請求される支払いプランのことです。Gymdesk における定期支払いは、以下の 2 種類があります：

- **定期会員権の支払い（Recurring Membership Payments）**  
  　メンバーに会員権を割り当てた際に、自動的に生成される定期支払い。
- **カスタム定期支払い（Custom Recurring Payments）**  
  　「Billing（請求）」タブから「New Recurring Payment」を選択し、手動で作成する定期支払い。

**注意:**カスタム定期支払いは**会員権とは連動しません**。そのため、クラス参加や予約の権限は付与されません。主に以下のような「非会員権」向けの請求に使用されます：  
・プライベートレッスンパッケージ・セミナー料金・その他の追加料金

**定期会員権の支払い**

- メンバープロフィール内の**「Membership Details（会員権の詳細）」**と「**Payments（支払い）」**の両方で確認できます。
- **「Membership Details」**セクションでは、**最大6 件の予定支払いを同時に表示**できます：

    o **Modify（変更）**：日付・金額・支払い方法を調整  
　o **Cancel（キャンセル）**：今後の支払いを停止  
　o **Undo changes（変更を元に戻す）**：元のスケジュールに復元  

- **支払い方法の詳細**：各支払いには使用された支払い方法が表示され、部分的な支払いがある場合は複数の支払い方法が表示されます。

**カスタム定期支払いの作成方法**

**☼ 注意：カスタム定期支払いは会員権とは別扱いのため、クラス受講や予約アクセスは付与されません。**

メインメニューで**Billing（請求）**を開く

**Recurring（定期支払い）**を選択→**(＋) New Recurring Payment（新規定期支払い）**をクリック

**定期支払い作成時に設定できる項目**

- **金額（Amount）**  
  　各定期支払いの請求額を設定します。
- **税金（Tax）**  
  　請求設定で税率を登録している場合、ここに表示されます。定期支払いに追加する前に税率を調整できます。
- **繰り返し頻度（Recurrence）**  
  　請求を繰り返す間隔を設定します（毎日・毎週・毎月・毎年）。
- **説明（Description）**  
  　メール請求書およびメンバーの支払い履歴に表示される説明文を入力します。
- **初回支払い日（First Payment）**  
  　すぐに開始するか、未来の日付から開始するかを選択します。
- **メール請求書送信（Send Email Invoices）**  
  　各支払いごとにメール請求書を送るかどうかを設定します。
- **支払い方法（Payment Method）**  
  　保存されている決済手段を使用するか、「手動支払い（Manual Payment）」にして現金／小切手などをスタッフが手動で支払い済みにする方式を選択します。

**支払い**

**Payments（支払い）**セクションでは、・単発課金（One-time charges）・カスタム定期支払い（Custom recurring payments）・会員制の定期支払い（Membership recurring payments）が一覧で表示されます。今後予定されている支払い（スケジュール済み支払い）は、**✎「編集」**ボタンから変更できます。

すべての支払い履歴（単発料金・カスタム定期支払い・会員制定期支払い）を確認したい場合は、***Payment History***を選択します。

**※注意：*オンラインストア*や *POS（販売機能）*から行われた購入は、下部に「Purchases（購入）」という別枠で表示されます。**

新しい請求を作成する場合は、**"Create a charge"**（請求を作成）をクリックします。
