# メンバーポータルへのコンテンツ追加と管理

Gymdeskでは、ジムがメンバーポータル内のコンテンツを簡単に管理できる仕組みを提供しています。これにより、新しい投稿の追加、既存コンテンツの管理、アクセス権限のカスタマイズなどをスムーズに行うことができます。このガイドでは、その手順をステップごとに説明します。さっそく始めましょう！

**コンテンツ管理ダッシュボード**

「コンテンツ管理」ダッシュボードにアクセスするには、左側のメニューにカーソルを合わせ、「メンバー（Members）」をクリックし、次に「コンテンツ（Content）」を選択します。

**既存コンテンツの管理**

このページでは、さまざまな操作オプションが利用できます。オプションには「投稿（Posts）」、「アーカイブ（Archive）」、「新規投稿を追加（Add New Post）」、「設定（Settings）」があります。それぞれのオプションで何ができるのか、順に説明していきます。

「投稿（Posts）」オプションでは、これまでに作成した投稿を確認できます。各投稿には、カテゴリー、現在のステータス、そして最新の更新日が表示されます。

![PictureER](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PictureER.png?width=670&height=335&name=PictureER.png)探している投稿が見つからない場合は、「検索バー（Search Bar）」にタイトルを入力し、「フィルター（Filter）」ボタンをクリックすると、結果を絞り込むことができます。

![Picture5](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Picture5.png?width=670&height=335&name=Picture5.png)投稿をアーカイブすると、その投稿は「アーカイブ（Archive）」タブに移動します。アーカイブされた投稿でも、先ほど説明したのと同じ操作（編集、公開／非公開、複製、削除など）を行うことができます。

それでは、新しいコンテンツの追加方法と利用できるオプションを見ていきましょう！

**新しいコンテンツの追加**

まず知っておくべきことは、新しい投稿を作成する際に、テキスト、画像、動画、PDFファイルなど、複数の形式でコンテンツをアップロードできるという点です。さらに、会員ステータスやカテゴリなどの条件に基づいて、アクセスの許可・制限を設定することも可能です。

新しいコンテンツを追加するには、まず「新規投稿を追加（Add New Post）」オプションをクリックします。

ここでは、まず投稿のタイトルを追加するところから始めます。タイトルを入力したら、次にコンテンツを追加します。テキストコンテンツがある場合は、テキストボックスに直接貼り付け、利用可能なオプションを使って必要に応じて書式を整えることができます。

ビデオを追加するには、「ビデオ（Video）」ボタンをクリックします。

表示されるポップアップウィンドウで、動画のURL（例：YouTubeやVimeoなど）を入力し、幅と高さを指定します。

動画を埋め込みたい場合は、「埋め込み（Embed）」オプションをクリックし、埋め込みコードを貼り付けます。

別のソースから動画を追加したい場合は、「詳細設定（Advanced）」オプションをクリックし、必要に応じてURLを入力します。

以上の操作が完了したら、「保存（Save）」ボタンをクリックします。

画像やPDFファイルを追加したい場合は、画像アイコン（picture icon）をクリックし、デバイスからアップロードするか、ギャラリー内のファイルを選択します。

次に、「カテゴリ（Category）」セクションにカーソルを合わせ、利用可能なオプションの中から、誰がそのコンテンツにアクセスできるかを選択します。カテゴリは基本的にコンテンツを分類するためのグループのようなもので、「メンバー（Members）」セクションでは、コンテンツへのアクセス権を持つ対象を細かく設定することができます。

これを設定するには、「メンバー（Members）」の下にあるドロップダウンメニューを開きます。コンテンツをすべてのユーザーに公開するか、アクティブなユーザーのみに限定するかを選択できます。さらに、コンテンツを「ビジターとメンバーの両方」に表示するか、「メンバーのみ」または「ビジターのみ」に限定するかも選択可能です。

設定が完了したら、「投稿を作成（CREATE POST）」ボタンをクリックして、新しいコンテンツを追加します。

**コンテンツ設定**

さらに、「コンテンツ設定」にアクセスして、独自のプロトコルやパラメーターを追加することもできます。

「コンテンツの表示（Content Presentation）」設定では、コンテンツの表示レイアウトを管理できます。メニューやポータルでメンバーに表示されるタイトル、レイアウト形式、コンテンツの表示順などを変更・調整することが可能です。

「コンテンツカテゴリ（Content Category）」設定では、アップロードしたいコンテンツ用に新しいカテゴリを追加することができます。
