[Integrations](https://docs.gymdesk.com/en/help/docs/integrations?hsLang=en) # ActiveCampaign Integration **ActiveCampaign** is a marketing automation and email platform. Connecting it with GymDesk allows you to automatically sync new leads and members, apply tags, and build targeted campaigns and automations with ease. To set up the integration, you’ll need your **API URL** and **API Key** from ActiveCampaign. ### **Finding your API details in ActiveCampaign** 1. Go to activecampaign.com and log in to your account, or **create a new account** if you don’t already have one. 2. In the sidebar menu, click **Settings**, then select **Developer**. 3. In the **API Access** section, copy your **API URL** and **API Key**. ![ActiveCampaignAPI-1](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ActiveCampaignAPI-1.png?width=670&height=373&name=ActiveCampaignAPI-1.png) ### **Connecting ActiveCampaign to GymDesk** Go to **Settings** in the Main Menu Select → **Integrations** → **Active Campaign ![ActiveCampaignGymdesk](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ActiveCampaignGymdesk.png?width=547&height=513&name=ActiveCampaignGymdesk.png)** 1. Paste your **API URL** and **API Key** into the fields provided. 2. *(Optional)* Change the tags for **Leads** and **Members**, or keep the default names. 3. Click **Save Changes** to complete the integration setup. ⚠️ **Important:** The ActiveCampaign integration **ONLY SYNCS** **NEW CONTACTS** created after setup. Existing leads and members must be exported from Gymdesk and imported into ActiveCampaign manually. ### **Importing Contacts into ActiveCampaign** To export your existing contacts from Gymdesk, go to **Members** in the Main Menu. Use the filters to narrow down your selection of contacts, then click **Export** in the top right corner to download the file in CSV format.  1. In ActiveCampaign, go to the **Contacts** section. 2. Click **Import** and select the exported CSV file from Gymdesk . 3. Map the fields from Gymdesk (e.g., name, email, phone) to the matching fields in ActiveCampaign. 4. Add tags if needed and click **Finish Import**.
