Exporting From Zen Planner

Follow the steps below to generate reports and access the information you need.

Exporting Members

To export a list of members:

  1. Navigate to New Report

  2. Select All Students

  3. Click Export

This will generate a spreadsheet containing all student details.

Exporting Memberships

To view membership details:

  1. Navigate to New Report (you will need to filter by payment amount & next payment date)

  2. Select Memberships (please note that Membership start date is called Member State Date)

Export options may vary based on system settings.

Exporting Attendance Records

To access attendance data:

  1. Navigate to New Report

  2. Select Attendance

This will generate a report with attendance details.

Exporting Leads

To export lead data:

  1. Navigate to New Report

  2. Select People

This report includes all leads and contacts stored in Zen Planner.

Exporting Product Details

To view product details:

  1. Navigate to New Report

  2. Select Products

Export availability may depend on user permissions.

Exporting Transaction History

To access financial transaction records:

  • Payments (Available for export)

    • Navigate to New Report → Select Payments

  • Refunds (Report may crash when adding fields)

    • Navigate to New Report → Select Refunds

  • Retail Orders (Currently not accessible)

    • Navigate to New Report → Select Retail Orders
