# ドアアクセスの統合

**ドアアクセスの統合**

Gymdeskは、市販されている数百種類のスマートロックやセンサーなどと連携し、あなたのビジネスや施設へのアクセス管理を効率的に行うための機能を提供します。

サポート対象デバイスをあなたのGymdeskアカウントに接続し、メンバーの会員種別や支払い状況に応じてアクセス権限を割り当てることができます。詳細は、以下の解説動画または説明文をご覧ください。

**デバイス**

まずは、[対応デバイス](https://www.seam.co/supported-devices-and-systems)のいずれかを購入してください（※対応デバイス一覧は別途参照）。購入後は、メーカーの公式サイトでデバイスを登録します。多くの対応デバイスは、TTLockアプリをダウンロードして設定できます。詳細については、[こちら](https://docs.seam.co/latest/device-and-system-integration-guides/ttlock-locks)のリンク先で確認できます。また、メンバーがGymdeskアプリを通じてドアを解錠できるようにするために、TTLockアプリで「Remote Unlock（リモート解錠）」機能を有効にしておく必要があります。

Gymdeskにデバイスを接続するには[設定（Settings） → 連携（Integrations） → ドアアクセス（Door Access）](https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/integrations/door-access?hsLang=ja-jp)の順に進み、デバイスをアカウントに追加します。  
（※デバイスの接続はアカウント所有者のみが実行可能です。）

可能であれば、Wi-Fi内蔵型のデバイスを選ぶことを推奨します。これにより、追加のハブやブリッジ機器を購入する必要がなくなります。もしハブが必要な機種を選ぶ場合は、SmartThingsが推奨される解決策です。一部メーカーでは独自のブリッジ機器を販売しており、そちらもGymdeskでサポート対象となっています。

最適なロックやドアアクセスソリューションの選定にサポートが必要な場合は、[専用フォーム](https://form.jotform.com/252155179242052)にご記入ください。当社チームが内容を確認し、最適な推奨デバイスをご案内します。

**料金**

上記のセクションで紹介しているように、手頃な価格の対応デバイスが複数あります。デバイスを購入後、Gymdeskとの連携にかかる費用は次のとおりです。月額 $100（最大3台までのデバイスを含む）4台目以降の追加デバイスは、1台あたり $29/月 の追加料金が発生します。

**※一部のハードウェアプロバイダー（例：Salto KS や Lockly）は、独自のサブスクリプション料金を課す場合があります。設置前に、必ず各メーカーの料金体系をご確認ください。Gymdeskでは今後、対応デバイスとそれぞれの費用を一覧化したリポジトリを公開予定です。**

**デバイスの管理**

[［設定（Settings） → 連携（Integrations） → ドアアクセス（Door Access）］](https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/integrations/door-access?hsLang=ja-jp) 内で、アカウントに接続したデバイスを管理できます。

- メンバーアクセス  
  　メンバーが解錠できるデバイスを設定できます。
- 出席管理  
  　メンバーがGymdeskポータルまたはアプリを使用してドアを解錠した際に、自動的にチェックインさせたい場合はこの設定をオンにします。この設定を有効にすると、メンバーは最初に利用可能なセッションに自動的にチェックインされます。
- 解錠  
  　ドアアクセス管理画面から、ドアをリモートでロック／アンロックすることができます。

メンバーシップアクセスの設定（詳細は後述）では、特定のメンバーシップが設定した営業時間内のみドアアクセスを許可するように指定することも可能です。

営業時間外にドアへアクセスを試みたメンバーには、以下のような通知（アラート）が表示されます。

**メンバーシップアクセス**

[［メンバー（Members）→ メンバーシップ（Memberships）］](https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/memberships/manage?hsLang=ja-jp) に移動すると、各メンバーシップごとに、アクセスを許可する特定のドアをメンバーシップページ内の「ドアアクセス（Door Access）」セクションで編集できます。

**メンバーアクセス**

メンバーは、Gymdeskポータルまたはメンバーアプリ（Gymdesk標準版または[カスタムブランド版](https://docs.gymdesk.com/help/branded-member-app?hsLang=ja-jp)のいずれでも）から、直接ドアを解錠することができます。モバイルウェブ版ポータル（レスポンシブ版）では、「Door Access（ドアアクセス）」を選択し、解錠したいドアを選んでから、解錠ボタンを長押ししてドアを開けます。

モバイルアプリ版では、「Access（アクセス）」セクションからドアを選択し、同様に長押しで解錠できます。

メンバーシップが特定のドアへのアクセス権を持っていない場合、または支払いの延滞によってアクセスが制限されている場合、そのドアへのアクセスはブロックされます。

**スタッフアクセス**

スタッフのアカウントには「ドアアクセス（Door Access）」オプションが表示されます。以下のスクリーンショットは、モバイル端末およびタブレット／デスクトップ画面での表示例です。スタッフはこのドアアクセスオプションを選択し、対象となるロックされたドアを選ぶことで、ドアを解錠できるようになります。
