[Marketing](https://docs.gymdesk.com/ja-jp/help/marketing?hsLang=ja-jp) # タグ管理 Gymdesk のタグは、**管理者とスタッフのみが閲覧できる内部用ラベル機能**で、メンバーやリードを柔軟に整理するためのツールです。タグを使うことで、クイックリストの作成や、他の項目には当てはまらない重要な情報の追跡が可能になります。さらに、タグは **フォローアップやその他の業務フローを自動化する「オートメーション」のトリガー**としても利用できます。 **設定からタグを管理する方法** 1. メインメニューの **Settings（設定）** に移動します。 2. **Members（メンバー） → Manage Tags（タグ管理）** を選択します。 **設定**画面のこのセクションでは、タグの編集や削**除**をまとめて行うことができます。また、各タグに紐づいているリード数やメンバー数も一覧で確認できます。不要になったタグがある場合は、複数のタグを選択してワンクリックでまとめて削除することも可能です。   **![a-1](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/a-1.png?width=670&height=325&name=a-1.png)** ### **タグの作成と追加方法** タグは、次のいずれの方法でも作成・適用できます。 #### **1. メンバーまたはリードのプロフィールから追加する場合** - タグを付けたいメンバー／リードのプロフィールを開きます。 - **Tags（タグ）**セクションまでスクロールします（Personal Details の少し上）。 - タグ見出しの下にある **追加（➕）**をクリックします。 - 既存のタグを一覧から選択するか、新しいタグを作成します。 - **Save Tags（タグを保存）**をクリックします。 #### **2. メンバー一覧またはリード一覧から追加する場合** - 下部にある **Select（選択）**をクリックすると、各プロフィールにチェックボックスが表示されます。 - タグを付けたいプロフィールのチェックボックスを 1 つ以上選択します。 - 選択された件数を確認し、**Actions（アクション）** ボタンをクリックします。 - 今いる画面に応じて **Tag Members** または **Tag Leads**を選択します。 - 新しいタグ名を入力し、Enter を押すと、選択したすべてのプロフィールにタグが作成・適用されます。 ### ⚠️ **タグの表示範囲** - **Lead Tags（リードタグ）** - リード一覧とリードのプロフィール内で表示されます。 - 主に短期的・変動しやすい情報を把握するのに使用されます。 - **Member Tags（メンバータグ）** - メンバーのプロフィール内のみで表示されます。 - より安定した、長期的な分類や特徴付けに利用されます。 #### **3. オートメーションからタグを付与する場合** Gymdesk の **Automations（自動処理）**を使うと、特定のイベント（例：新規メンバーの登録、予約の発生など）をトリガーとして、自動でタグを付与できます。これにより、手動でプロフィールを編集することなく、メンバーやリードを常に整理された状態に保てます。   **オートメーションでタグを適用する方法** 1. メインメニューの **Marketing（マーケティング）** に移動します。 2. **Automations（オートメーション） → Create New Automation（新しいオートメーションを作成）**を選択します。 ![bb](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/bb.png?width=670&height=463&name=bb.png) - まず **Automation Trigger（オートメーションのトリガー）** を選択します。 - **Edit（編集）**をクリックして、トリガーの開始条件を詳細に設定できます。 - 次に、アクションステップである**Change Contact（連絡先を変更）**をドラッグしてシーケンスに追加します。 - ドロップダウンメニューから**Add Tag（タグを追加）**を選択します。 シーケンスに **Add Delay（遅延を追加）**をドラッグすることで、自動的に期限切れになるタグを作成できます。タグをどのくらいの期間アクティブにしておきたいかを設定し、その後さらに **Change Contact（連絡先を変更）**ステップを追加して、アクションとして **Remove Tag（タグを削除）**を選択します。 -
