# スケジュール管理

<https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/gym/schedule?hsLang=ja-jp>[ジムのスケジュールでは、**週ごと**のトレーニングセッションだけでなく、セミナー、昇級イベント、誕生日パーティーなどのイベントも設定できます。この情報は、以下の4つの重要な機能で使用されます：](https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/gym/schedule?hsLang=ja-jp)

 

- **ジムのウェブサイトに表示されるスケジュール**
- **会員の出席管理（どのセッションに参加したかの記録）**
- **ジムのウェブサイトからのセッション予約**
- **会員プランに基づいたジムの入館管理**

**ジムスケジュールへのアクセス**

メインメニューの **Gym** へ移動し、  
**Schedule**を選択します。

#### **スケジュール設定**

**スケジュール設定**へは、次の2つの方法でアクセスできます：

- メインメニューの **Settings → Schedule** から
- メインスケジュール画面のカレンダー上部にある **Settings（🔧）ボタン** をクリック

これらの設定では、ジムのカレンダーのデフォルトの動作や表示方法を管理できます。

- **Week Start（週の開始日）** – スケジュールの週をどの曜日から開始するかを設定します（例：月曜または日曜）。
- **Timezone（タイムゾーン）** – すべてのセッションで使用するタイムゾーンを設定します。
- **Google Calendar** – Google カレンダーと接続し、Gymdesk のスケジュールを外部へ同期または埋め込みできます。
- **Schedule Embed（スケジュール埋め込み）** – スケジュールをあなたのウェブサイトに埋め込むためのページへすぐにアクセスできます。

**Close Gym（ジムを閉鎖）** – ジムのウェブサイト上でカレンダーを非表示にし、必要に応じてすべてのメンバーアカウントを一時停止できます。

#### **複数スケジュールの表示**

ジムで複数のスケジュール（例：クラス用、パーソナルレッスン用、イベント用 など）を使用している場合、カレンダー上部の**Schedule ドロップダウンメニュー**から切り替えることができます。

ドロップダウンには **All Schedules（すべてのスケジュール）**も含まれており、全スケジュールのクラスを1つにまとめたビューで表示することができます。これにより、プログラム全体の動きを切り替えなしで確認しやすくなります。

#### **ジムスケジュールへのセッション追加**

スケジュールを使って、クラスセッション、パーソナルレッスン、特別イベントを作成できます。追加したい場合は、表示させたい**曜日と時間枠をクリック**します。

新しいセッションを作成すると、**Add Session ウィンドウ**が開き、次の4つのタブで詳細を設定できます：**Details（詳細）**、**Booking（予約）**、**Description（説明）**、**Settings（設定）**

**Add Session: Details タブ**

このタブでは、セッション名、開催日時、担当者、クラス中に追跡したいスキルなど、**セッションの基本情報**を設定します。

- **Title（タイトル）** – セッション名（最大 250 文字）
- **Color（カラー）** – スケジュール上で識別しやすくするための色を設定
- **Frequency（頻度）** – セッションを毎週繰り返すか、1回のみ実施するかを選択
- **Day / Time / Duration（曜日 / 時間 / 所要時間）** – 曜日、開始時間、所要時間（分）を設定
- **Start / End Dates（開始日 / 終了日）** – 任意：繰り返しセッションを特定の期間に限定する場合に設定
- **Schedule（スケジュール）** – 複数スケジュールを管理している場合、どのスケジュールに属するかを選択
- **Program（プログラム）** – セッションを特定のプログラムに割り当てる

**※注意：**セッションを特定のプログラムに割り当てると、そのプログラムを含む会員プランを持つメンバーのみが予約・チェックインできます。アクセス権のないメンバーは予約・チェックインができません。

- **Instructors（インストラクター）** – セッションを担当するインストラクターを 1 名以上選択
- **Skills（スキル）** – セッションに紐づけたいスキルを追加し、進捗管理に利用

#### **Add Session: Booking タブ**

このタブでは、メンバーやビジターが**セッションをどのように予約**できるか、また予約がどのように管理されるかを設定します。

- **Available for Booking（予約を有効にする）**  
  　このセッションをウェブサイトやメンバーポータルから予約できるようにします。パーソナルレッスン、ジム貸切イベント、その他の予約枠など、さまざまなタイプのセッションに利用できます。
- **Max Capacity（定員）**  
  　グループセッションの参加人数上限を設定します。
- **Enable Waitlist（ウェイトリストを有効にする）**  
  　セッションが満員の場合、メンバーがウェイトリストに参加できるようにします。参加者がキャンセルした場合、ウェイトリストの先頭のメンバーが自動的に繰り上がります。

**※注意：**ウェイトリストは現在**自動処理のみ**に対応しており、手動追加はできません。満員後に定員数を増やしても、ウェイトリストの参加者に自動で枠が再開されることは**ありません**。

- **Cost（料金）**  
  　予約時に支払いが必要な場合に価格を追加します。ビジターはクレジットカードで支払い可能。メンバーはカード情報（cards-on-file）またはアカウント残高で支払うことができます。

料金設定を有効にすると、「誰に料金を適用するか」を制御するためのドロップダウンオプションが表示されます：

- **Free Booking（無料予約）** – 料金は適用されず、誰でも無料で予約できます。
- **Charge Everyone（全員に課金）** – メンバー・ビジターに関係なく、すべての予約者が料金を支払います。
- **Non-Members（非メンバーのみ課金）** – ビジターや非メンバーのみが料金を支払います。メンバーは無料で予約できます。
- **Website Booking（ウェブサイト予約のみ課金）** – ウェブサイト経由の予約に対してのみ料金が発生します。

 

- **Save Booking as a Lead（予約をリードとして保存）**  
  　予約を自動的にリードリストへ追加します。体験枠の予約など、後から確実にフォローアップしたい場合に便利です。

- **表示設定（Visibility Settings）**
- **Show in Member Portal（メンバーポータルに表示）**  
  　メンバーとビジターの両方に表示されます。
- **Show Only to Members（メンバーのみに表示）**  
  　ログインしているメンバーにのみ表示されます。
- **Show Only to Managers（マネージャーのみに表示）**  
  　メンバーやビジターには表示されず、マネージャーアカウントのみが予約可能です。

**※注意：**Booking タブで **Show Only to Managers** を設定すると、Settings タブで公開設定をオンにしていても、**公開スケジュールやメンバーポータルには表示されません。**

予約を制限しつつセッションを表示したい場合は、以下のように **セッションを複製する** のが最も適切です：

- **予約を有効にしたセッション（必要に応じて制限設定）**
- **予約なしのセッション（表示用**

**Add Session: Description タブ**

このタブでは、セッションの詳細を入力できます。ここに記載した内容は、公開スケジュール と 各セッションの予約ページに表示されます。

#### **Add Session: Settings タブ**

このタブでは、Gymdesk 内でセッションがどのように表示・動作するかをカスタマイズできます。ここでは、公開スケジュールやメンバーポータルでの表示設定、出席管理の有効化、リモートオプションの設定、会員プランでの消化回数の扱いなどを管理します。

- **Show on public schedule（公開スケジュールに表示）**  
  　セッションをジムのウェブサイトにある公開スケジュールへ表示します。

**注意：** Booking タブで「Show Only to Managers」が設定されている場合は、この設定が優先され、公開スケジュールには表示されません。

- **Age Range（年齢範囲）**  
  　このセッションに参加できる最小年齢・最大年齢を設定します。
- **Attendance Tracking（出席管理）**  
  　チェックイン画面で、このセッションを出席管理に利用できるようになります。
- **Session Count（セッションカウント）**  
  　昇級要件や会員プランでの消化回数として、このセッションを「1以上」の回数としてカウントできます。例：10回分の会員プランで Session Count を「2」に設定すると、受講1回につき2回分が消化されます。
- **Remote session（リモートセッション）**  
  　セッションをリモートとして設定できます。スケジュール上に Zoom ロゴなどのリモートアイコンが表示されます。さらに、Zoom や Google Meet などのリモート用リンクを追加でき、アイコンをクリックするとメンバーはそのリンクにアクセスできます。

#### **セッションの編集と複製**

スケジュール画面から、既存のセッションを更新したり、複製を作成したりできます。

- **Editing a Session（セッションの編集）**  
  　既存のセッションをクリックすると編集ウィンドウが開きます。ここで詳細、予約設定、表示設定などを更新できます。変更後は **Save** をクリックして保存します。
- **Duplicating a Session（セッションの複製）**  
  　同じセッションを素早く作成するには、ドラッグ＆ドロップのコピー機能を使用します：

1. . スケジュール上で既存のセッションをクリックしたまま保持
2. 別の日または時間枠へドラッグ
3. ドロップすると、自動的に複製セッションが作成されます

**ジムの休館日を設定する**

スケジュール上で、その日の列の右上にある「X」アイコンをクリックすると、  
ジムを終日休館として設定できます。
