[Payment Processing](https://docs.gymdesk.com/ja-jp/help/billing?hsLang=ja-jp#payment-processing) # 支払い処理 Gymdeskは、専用の決済処理プロバイダーと連携し、支払い情報の安全な収集および決済処理を行います。 **支払い処理の有効化／無効化** Billing Settings（請求設定）から、支払い処理機能を**オンまたはオフ**に切り替えることができます。この機能を無効化している場合、すべての予定支払いは、実際に課金処理を行う代わりに、支払期日に**「Paid（支払い済み）」**かつ支払い方法**「Skipped（スキップ）」**として自動的にマークされます。 **便利なケース：** ・アカウントをセットアップ中で、まだ支払い処理サービスの接続が完了していない場合 ・メンバーに誤って請求される心配をしたくない場合 **設定を更新する方法** 1. **Settings → Billing → Billing Settings** を開く 2. **Enable payment processing** をオンまたはオフに切り替える 3. **Save Settings** をクリックする ライブ決済の処理を開始する準備が整ったら、同じ画面に戻って設定をオンに戻してください。 ![Picture2-Nov-25-2025-03-56-51-9926-AM](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Picture2-Nov-25-2025-03-56-51-9926-AM.png?width=670&height=492&name=Picture2-Nov-25-2025-03-56-51-9926-AM.png) ### 対応している決済プロバイダーと手数料 Gymdeskは、以下に記載の決済プロバイダーと連携しています。各プロバイダーの料金体系については、ここに記載されているリンク先の価格ページで確認できます。なお、**Gymdesk は、各プロバイダーが請求する決済手数料に対して、追加の手数料を一切上乗せしません。** ### [Stripe](https://stripe.com/) Stripe は世界最大級の決済プロバイダーであり、[2022年には 8170億ドル以上 の決済を処理し、前年比 26% の成長](https://assets.ctfassets.net/fzn2n1nzq965/5Qj1NdQFtWO3rIE4WhAVl9/21202f8455f5a877444f91c1b48baf6e/stripe-2022-update.pdf)を記録しています。Stripe は**[46か国以上](https://stripe.com/global)**で利用可能（さらに拡大中）で、ACH、SEPA、Bancontact、BECS、事前承認デビットなど、数多くのローカル決済方法に対応しています。 Stripe の手数料体系は、**国や決済方法によって異なります。**[詳細はこちらのリンクで確認できます。](https://stripe.com/pricing) Stripe との連携では、以下の機能を利用できます： - **BBPOS WisePOS E カードリーダー**（POS の対面決済で、カードのスワイプ・IC チップ読み取りが可能） - 会員プロフィールから **“Add Payment Method（支払い方法の追加）”** を選択し、カードをスキャンして、会員の支払い方法として登録する機能 - 登録後、そのカードを利用して会員プランの追加や決済を実行可能 ### **[Square](https://squareup.com/)** Square は、小売店や小規模ビジネスでの人気から、最もよく知られた決済ブランドの一つです。Square のカードリーダーや端末は非常に使いやすいことで知られています。Squareは**8か国（アメリカ、カナダ、オーストラリア、日本、イギリス、アイルランド、フランス、スペイン）**で利用できます。Gymdesk との連携では、**カード決済のみ**をサポートしています。 Square の手数料は Stripe と似ていますが、**対面決済では若干低め**です。[Squareの手数料については、こちら](https://squareup.com/pricing)で詳しく確認できます。 Gymdesk との連携では、**[Square Terminal](https://squareup.com/hardware/terminal)**をサポートしており、POS（対面販売）時にカードのスワイプ／チップ読み取りが可能です。ただし、**Square は現時点で、カードリーダーを使った会員や申込フォームでの「カード情報の保存」には対応していません。** **※注意:** Square Terminal は、この連携に対応する特定のデバイスであり、**唯一の対応端末**です。その他の Square デバイス（Square Stand、Square Register など）は**互換性がありません**。 ### **![](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-2.png?width=670&height=298&name=image-png-2.png)** #### [**GoCardless**](https://gocardless.com/) GoCardlessは、銀行振込のみを扱う一風変わった決済サービスプロバイダで、名前の通りカード決済はできません。[25カ国以上で利用可能](https://gocardless.com/faq/merchants/international-payments/)で、さらに拡大を続けています。 ### **決済のセキュリティとコンプライアンス** 決済サービスプロバイダと統合することで、決済情報の保護に特化した大規模なセキュリティ部門や不正対策部門を持つ企業に、セキュリティ上の懸念を委ねることができます。 大企業であっても、決済のセキュリティが自社の専門分野でない場合は、失敗することがあります。過去にソニー、ブリティッシュ航空、eBay、Home Depotなどの企業が情報漏えい問題を起こし、何百万ものカード情報が流出しました。 **弊社では、決済情報を直接読み取ったり、保存したりすることはありません。**すべての決済情報は、お客様のブラウザから決済サービスプロバイダのサーバーに直接転送されるため、セキュリティは保存されます。Gymdeskでの統合がシームレスであるが故に、エンドユーザーにはすべての決済情報がGymdesk上で収集されているように見えてしまいます。 2016年のサービス開始以来、情報漏えいは一度もありません。もし万が一、不正アクセス被害に遭ったとしても、弊社では決済情報に一切触れず、保有せず、保管もしていないため、**情報が漏えいすることはありません**。 また、Gymdeskは[PCI](https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/)（Payment Card Industry）に準拠しており、Gymdeskをご利用のお客様もPCIに準拠していることをご理解ください。 ### **データの互換性と移行** すべてのお客様の決済情報は、お客様が選択した決済システムに保存されます。つまり、すでにお持ちの決済情報をGymdeskのアカウントに反映することができ、別のソフトウェアプロバイダに移行する場合でもすべての決済情報をそのまま維持することができます。 -
