# メンバー管理

[メンバー管理画面](https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/members/list?hsLang=ja-jp)では、ジムに所属しているメンバーの一覧が表示されます。新しくジムを設立したばかりの場合、この一覧は空で、代わりにメンバーを追加するための次の **4 つの方法**が表示されます。

**メンバーの管理**

メンバータブには、ジムに所属しているメンバー一覧が表示されます。メンバー情報の各項目で検索・並び替えができ、一覧を**PDF**または**CSV**形式でエクスポートすることもできます。

「**Filter（フィルター）**」ボタンをクリックすると、メンバーを絞り込むためのさまざまなフィルターオプションが表示されます。

**メンバーのステータス**

メンバーはステータスごとにページが分かれており、デフォルトでは「アクティブ（Active）」のメンバーが表示されます。利用できる主なメンバーステータスは次のとおりです：

- **Members（メンバー）**：  
  ジムの通常メンバーで、すべての会員プランにアクセスできます。
- **Visitors（ビジター）**：  
  トライアル（体験）会員のみ利用できる訪問者。  
  ビジターはアカウントのメンバー上限にはカウントされません。
- **Website Signup（ウェブサイト申込）**：  
  あなたのウェブサイトから申し込みをしたメンバー。  
  スパムや誤操作防止のため、マネージャーが承認するまでアクティブになりません。
- **Frozen（休会）**：  
  長期休会中のメンバー。
- **Canceled（キャンセル済み）**：  
  アカウントが解約されたメンバー。ただし、必要であれば再度アクティベートできます。

ステータスごとのメンバー一覧は、リスト上部のナビゲーションタブから切り替えて閲覧できます。

**メンバー情報と操作**

メンバー一覧には、各メンバーの基本情報が表示され、そこからフルのメンバープロフィールページへ移動できます。一覧に表示される情報は以下のとおりです：

- **現在の写真**
- **氏名（名字・名前）**
- **連絡先情報（メールアドレス・電話番号）**
- **年齢**
- **入会日**
- **現在の会員プラン**
- **ランク／レベル**
- **直近の受講トレーニング（出席管理を使用している場合）**
- **直近の支払い状況（ある場合）**最後の成功した支払い、または失敗／滞納がある場合はその最新情報が表示されます。

メンバーの写真または名前をクリックすると、メンバープロフィール画面へ移動します。
