[Lead Management & Automations](https://docs.gymdesk.com/ja-jp/help/marketing?hsLang=ja-jp#lead-management-automations) # 見込み客と潜在顧客 GymdeskをジムのCRM（顧客関係管理ツール）として利用することができます。これにより、見込み客や潜在顧客を獲得・管理し、長期間にわたってジムの会員になってもらえるよう導くことができます。 ![undefined-Jul-03-2025-12-34-35-6773-AM](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-03-2025-12-34-35-6773-AM.webp?width=670&height=574&name=undefined-Jul-03-2025-12-34-35-6773-AM.webp) 見込み客と潜在顧客はマーケティングセクションの Leads（見込み客）タブから管理できます。弊社のWebサイト機能、またはWebサイトに設置したフォーム、セッション予約を通して見込み客を獲得することができます。また、必要に応じて手動で見込み客を入力することもできます。 ![leads](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20sitepage%20images/leads.png?width=670&height=304&name=leads.png)   見込み客は、会員になるまでの進捗状況を表す複数のカテゴリーに分類されます。 **New（新規）**：新たに作成された見込み客のスタート地点です。 **Conversation（会話中）**：スタッフが見込み客からの問い合わせに返信した場合、または見込み客が弊社の自動配信メールに返信した場合、このカテゴリーに移動します。 **Booked（予約済み）**：見込み客が体験セッションを予約した場合、このカテゴリーに移動します。 **Contact Later（後日連絡）**：見込み客がすぐにセッションを開始する準備ができていない場合、Contact later（後日連絡）としてマークし、後日改めて連絡することができます。 **Cold（保留）**：応答やフォローアップがない、または現時点で関心を示していない場合は、このカテゴリーに該当します。 **Spam（スパム）**：弊社が自動的にスパムとして分類した見込み客を確認し、一括で削除することができます。 また、見込み客の管理画面に一括操作機能が追加され、見込み客の一括削除、ステータスの変更、既読にする、一括送信、スパムとしてマークするなどができます。 ### **見込み客のプロフィール** 見込み客の名前をクリックすると、見込み客のプロフィールが表示されます。 ![lead-profile](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/lead-profile.webp?width=670&height=522&name=lead-profile.webp) 見込み客のプロフィールをクリックすると、デフォルトでアクティビティフィードが表示されます。一番上には予約状況が表示されます。スタッフメンバーやオートメーションによって送信された全てのメッセージと受信メッセージが表示されます。また、見込み客のプロフィールに記録されたメモやタスクも見ることができます。 ### **見込み客とのコミュニケーション** 見込み客のプロフィールページの主な役割は、見込み客とのコミュニケーションです。メールやテキストメッセージを送信することができ、それに対する見込み客からの返答もここに記録されます。また、メモを追加したり、タスクを通じてフォローアップのスケジュールを立てることもできます。 ### **見込み客から会員へ** 見込み客が会員になることを希望した場合、次の2つの方法のいずれかで会員にすることができます。 - 左のサイドバーにある Invite to Sign-up（会員登録へのご招待）ボタンを使って、オンラインでのサインアップ招待メールを送信する方法。 - 左サイドバーの Convert to member（会員に切り替える）ボタンを使って、直接会員に切り替える方法。 また、Documents（ドキュメント）タブから見込み客に署名用のドキュメントを送信し、オンラインで署名してもらうこともできます。Automations（自動化）タブをクリックして、見込み客に対する一連のプロセスを自動化することもできます。 ### **見込み客を手動で入力する** 見込み客一覧リストの画面で Create Lead（見込み客の作成）ボタンをクリックすると、見込み客を手動で入力することができます。一般的な情報に加え、住所や複数の連絡先を追加することができます。 ![create-lead](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/create-lead.webp?width=660&height=816&name=create-lead.webp) ### **Web サイトにメールフォームを設定する** Webサイト上で「14-day free trial（14日間の無料体験）」や「Join our kids program（キッズプログラムへの参加）」など、様々なタイプの見込み客を獲得するためのフォームを作成することができます。メールフォームは、弊社ソフトウェアを通じて提供するジムのWebサイト、または既存のWebサイト上で使用することができます。 見込み客獲得用のメールフォームは Website（ウェブサイト）セクションの Forms（フォーム）タブで管理することができます。 ![lead-forms](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/lead-forms.webp?width=670&height=292&name=lead-forms.webp) メールフォームを作成する際にカスタマイズできる項目は以下の通り数多くあります。 - **Title（タイトル）**：フォームのタイトルは見込み客の詳細画面に表示され、見込み客が何を目的に連絡先情報を入力したのかを知ることができます。「14-day free trial（14日間無料トライアル）」など、分かりやすいタイトルをつけると、フォームが区別しやすくなります。 - **Description（概要）**： このフィールドには、必要に応じてフォームの目的を示す説明を記入することができます。 - **Button Text（ボタンテキスト）**：フォームを送信するボタンの中のテキストです。送信を促すために、ボタンの中に効果的なCTAを使うようにしましょう。 - **Show Form（フォームを表示する）**： フォームをポップアップとして表示するか、固定ボタンで開くか、サイト内の特定のページに表示するかを選択できます。 - **Form Fields（フォームフィールド）**：フォームフィールドをカスタマイズしたり、追加することができます。 -
