# 会員の休会と復帰

### **概要**

会員のプロフィールを管理する際、そのアカウントを一時的に停止（休会）したり、停止を解除して復帰させることができます。これは、会員が怪我や病気などで一時的に休会したい場合に便利です。このページでは、会員の休会と復帰の設定方法と、この機能の使用方法について説明します。

### **休会について**

[会員リスト](https://gymdesk.com/manager/members/list)で、緑色の鉛筆アイコンをクリックして会員のプロフィールを編集します。**Active（アクティブ）**ボタンのドロップダウン矢印に、Freeze（休会）、Cancel（退会）、Delete（削除）、Transfer（移籍）、Change to lead（見込み客に変更）、Make Staff（スタッフにする）のオプションが表示されます。Freeze（休会）をクリックすると、休会するためのオプションがいくつか表示されます。即時休会することも、日付を指定して後日休会することもできます。![updated-freeze-screen (1)](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/updated-freeze-screen%20(1).webp?width=670&height=315&name=updated-freeze-screen%20(1).webp)

**Email Notification（メールによる通知）**を有効にすると、会員に休会を通知するメールが自動送信されます。また、**Freeze recurring / scheduled payments（毎月の支払いおよび予定されている支払いを停止する）**のボックスにチェックを入れると、休会手続きが完了次第、会員からの支払いが一時的に停止されます。

これらのオプションの下に、この休会に関連する今後の予定を設定するドロップダウンが表示されます。**Dashboard Reminder（ダッシュボード通知）**を選択し、休会を知らせるダッシュボード通知を希望する日付を選択します。

また、**Unfreeze（復帰）**を選択し、休会の期間を設定することで、休会手続き中に会員の復帰日をスケジュールすることもできます。

### **復帰について**

休会状態を解除するには、まず[会員リスト](https://gymdesk.com/manager/members/list)でその会員を見つけ、Frozen（休会中）タブをクリックします。右側の **Activate（アクティベート）**ボタンをクリックすると、会員の休会が解除されます。

会員が現在のメンバーシップ期間内に休会と復帰を繰り返した場合、再開するメンバーシップを選択するオプションが表示され、即時請求するか、当初の支払いスケジュールで請求するかを選択することができます。

休会の解除については、会員への請求時期に応じて、以下の項目から選択することができます。

チェックボックスの項目：

- **Prorate till next payment（次回の支払いまで日割り計算）**にチェックを入れると、復帰時に、次の支払いが行われるまでの期間に応じた日割り計算額が請求されます。
- **Apply Credit（未使用残高の適用）**のチェックボックスをオンにすると、休会前に会員が請求期間に支払い済みで未使用の日数に応じて、支払額が減額されます。
- **Extend memberships by freeze duration（休会期間に応じてメンバーシップを延長する）**にチェックを入れると、休会期間中もメンバーシップは有効なままとなります。

ドロップダウンから **Continue original payment schedule（当初の支払いスケジュールを継続）**を選択すると、復帰後も当初の支払いスケジュールが維持されます。

**Charge on unfreeze date（復帰日に請求）**を選択すると、会員が復帰次第、支払期日が過ぎた分の請求が行われます。

有効なメンバーシップを持たない会員を再び有効化する場合は、会員リストからその会員の名前をクリックし、プロフィールに新しいメンバーシップを追加する必要があります。

### **会員の一括変更**

会員リストから複数の会員を一度に休会状態にするすることもできます。左下の **Select（選択）**ボタンをクリックし、ページ上の複数またはすべての会員を選択します。その後、ドロップダウンメニューから **Actions（アクション）**→ **Change Status（ステータスの変更）**を選択し、**CHANGE STATUS（ステータスの変更）**をクリックすると、休会中の会員のステータスが一括で変更できます。

また、会員リストから会員を一括アクティベートすることもできます。Frozen（休会中）タブに移動します。すべての会員、または休会を解除したい特定の会員を選択します。ドロップダウンメニューから **Actions（アクション）**→ **Change Status（ステータスの変更）**をクリックし、新しいステータスとして **Active（アクティブ）**を選択します。

**Active（アクティブ）**を選択すると、Re-activate Members（会員の再有効化）で選択した支払いスケジュールに応じて、各会員のメンバーシッププランと今後の支払いについてのプレビューが表示されます。各選択項目の意味については、前述のセクションをご参照ください。

アクティベーション画面では、作成される支払いのプレビューが表示されます。**Activate Members（会員をアクティベートする）**ボタンをクリックする前に、上記の画面をよく確認してください。これにより、これらの会員が一括でアクティベートされます。
