# 受講状況の追跡

各会員に割り当てられた番号を使って、会員の受講状況を追跡することができます。この機能を使用するには、[会員設定](https://docs.gymdesk.com/help/member-settings?hsLang=ja-jp)で追跡を有効にする必要があります。

### **さまざまなデバイスに対応**

受講状況の追跡は、さまざまなデバイスや画面サイズの端末に対応しています。特に、フロントにタブレットやスマートフォンを置き、会員が各自でチェックインできるようにするなど、セルフで受講状況を管理する場合に便利です。

### **番号による受講状況の追跡**

会員は、4～10桁の番号でチェックインできます（設定で桁数を選択できます）。この番号は、会員のプロフィールの左側、個人情報の下に表示されます。

番号を入力するには、キーボードを使用するか、画面上のスクリーンキーボードで数字を入力します。

### **氏名検索による受講状況の追跡**

氏名検索を用いたチェックインも可能です。チェックイン画面を Name Search（氏名検索）タブに切り替え、チェックインする会員を検索して選択します。

### **会員証による受講状況の追跡**

バーコードスキャナーやデバイスに取り付けたカメラ（タブレットの場合は内蔵カメラ）を使って会員証をスキャンし、チェックイン手続きを行うことができます。

会員証はカードや紙媒体で使用することも、会員のモバイル端末でデジタル会員証として使用することもできます。会員証について詳しくは[こちら](https://docs.gymdesk.com/help/membership-cards?hsLang=ja-jp)をご覧ください。

カードを使ってチェックインする場合は、チェックイン画面で Members（会員）→ Check-in（チェックイン）を選択してください。バーコードによるチェックインをご利用の場合は、チェックイン画面に表示された会員証（バーコード）を付属のバーコードスキャナーで読み取るだけで、チェックインが完了します。

QRコードをご利用の場合（設定で切り替え可能）、Name search（氏名検索）タブの後に表示される QR code（QRコード）タブをクリックすると、デバイスのカメラで会員証（QRコード）をスキャンできるようになります。

### **受講状況のレポート**

会員の受講状況をグラフやレポートでご覧いただけます。Members（会員）→ Attendance（受講状況）をクリックすると、受講状況の詳細をご覧いただけます。
