[Schedule & Booking Management](https://docs.gymdesk.com/ja-jp/help/gym?hsLang=ja-jp#schedule-booking-management) # セミナーとブートキャンプ セミナーやブートキャンプの準備をする際、Gymdesk には、スムーズにイベントを開催するための機能が揃っています。免責同意書、予約、受講者のサインアップなどを一括管理できます。 イベントが**1日のセミナー**なのか**複数日のブートキャンプ**なのかによって、以下の2つの優れた運用方法があります。 **Option 1: Scheduled Session (Best for 1-day seminars)** **オプション 1：スケジュールされたセッション（1日セミナーに最適）** セミナーが1日のみの場合は、**予約 + オートメーション**を使うことでシンプルに運用できます。 1. **Gym → Schedule**でセミナー用のセッションを追加 2. クラスの **Bookings（予約）**を有効化 3. 新しい**オートメーション**を作成**：** - **Marketing → Automations → Create** - トリガー：**New Booking（新規予約）** - 対象セミナークラスにフィルター - アクション「**Add Document**」で免責同意書（Waiver）を自動送信 設定はとても簡単で、このような形になります： この仕組みにより、新規予約が入った瞬間に免責同意書が自動送信され、特別な新規メンバーシップを作る必要がありません。 あとは、この予約リンクを受講者と共有するだけで、登録時に自動的に免責同意書の署名へ案内され、カレンダービューから参加者を簡単に管理できます。 **オプション 2：特定日付のメンバーシップ（複数日イベントに最適）** 複数日にわたるセミナーやワークショップを運用したい場合、または支払い管理や参加者管理をより整理された形で行いたい場合は、**特定日付のメンバーシップを作成する**方法が最もスムーズです。これにより、次のことが可能になります： - 開始日・終了日を明確に設定してアクセスを管理 - サインアップ時に自動的に免責同意書を送信 - カスタムフォームを使ったオンライン登録 - 支払い・出席・参加者一覧を簡単に管理 設定方法： 1. **Members \> Membership Options \> Add Membership** へ進む 2. **Duration（期間）**で **Specific Dates（特定日付）** を選択 3. セミナーの**開始日と終了日**を設定 4. （任意）支払いを開始日に合わせたい場合は「**Schedule first payment to membership start date**」をオンにする 5. **Access to Training（トレーニングへのアクセス）**で、セミナー用のクラスまたはプログラムを割り当てる 6. 保存 次に、専用のサインアップフォームを作成： 1. **Members \> Sign-up Forms \> Add Form** 2. **セミナー用メンバーシップ**のみをフォームに紐付け 3. **公開範囲**を設定（Web表示・リンク限定・埋め込み） 4. サインアップ時の **免責同意書署名**を有効化 5. 必要な書類をすべてこのフォームに添付 この設定が完了すると、フォームから登録した受講者は： -
