If you love using Gymdesk and want to spread the word to other gym owners and managers, we offer our customers a generous commission-based referral program. You can access the program from the Account → Partner Program screen. Read on to learn more about being a Gymdesk partner.
Inviting new users
First, refer new customers to Gymdesk by sharing your unique partner link. This can be sent via social media, direct message, email, or any method you see fit.
Click Email Invite to send our templated referral email to your contacts; just enter their full name and email address and click the SEND INVITE button at the bottom.
For any new user you refer who begins a paid plan with Gymdesk, you’ll receive a 100% commission on their first three payments. For example, if a person you refer signs up for the Large Gym plan, at $200/month, you’ll get their first three payments, for a total of $600 over three months.
You can receive these payments as an account credit with Gymdesk, a direct deposit to your bank account, or as a mailed check. There is no limit to the amount of referral rewards you can earn. Note that commissions are paid out either on demand from the Claim Rewards tab of the Partner Program page, or automatically at the end of each month, via the method of your choice described above.

On the Assets tab of the Partner Program page, you can download screenshots of Gymdesk’s platform and multiple versions of our logo. We hope these make it easier for you to reach out to your networks to promote Gymdesk and start earning referral rewards.
