Exporting From MindBody

Whether you're looking to export member information, leads, attendance, or payment data, MindBody provides several built-in reports to help you gather the information you need. Follow the steps below based on the type of data you want to export.

 

1. Exporting Member Information

Includes: Name, Address, Phone, Email

  1. Log in to your MindBody dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Reports from the top menu.

  3. Select Mailing Lists under the Marketing or Clients section.

  4. Use the filters to refine your list if needed.

  5. Click Export to download the data as a CSV file.


2. Exporting Membership Details

Includes: Member Status, Join Date, Next Autopay Date, Payment Amount, Pricing Option

  1. Go to Reports > Clients > Members.

  2. Toggle to the New Version of the report.

  3. Set the Member Status filter to Active.

  4. Review the columns for:

    • Membership Name (referred to as Pricing Option)

    • Join Date

    • Next Autopay Date

    • Payment Amount

  5. Export the report to CSV as needed.

Note: Check if your Member Status names need to be updated or standardized before exporting. This ensures consistency across data exports.


3. Exporting Leads (Prospects)

Option 1: Using Prospects Report

  1. Go to Reports > Prospects.

  2. Use filters to narrow down your desired timeframe or tags.

  3. Export the report via CSV.

Option 2: Using Mailing Lists

  1. Go to Reports > Mailing Lists.

  2. Filter to show only clients marked as Prospects.

  3. Export as needed.


4. Exporting Attendance Data

Includes: Attendance With and Without Revenue

  1. Navigate to Reports > Attendance.

  2. Choose from:

    • Attendance with Revenue

    • Attendance without Revenue

  3. Apply any date range or class-type filters.

  4. Export to CSV for further analysis.

5. Exporting Payment Data

Includes: All Sales/Payment History

  1. Go to Reports > Sales.

  2. Filter by date range, location, or payment method if needed.

  3. Click Export to download the payment data.
