Member Sign-up
The sign-up form captures basic details, such as name, phone, address, presents the waiver for signature, and allows for membership selection.
Member Photo
You can add a member photo, either by uploading an image file, or by using a webcam attached to the computer. If you are using a tablet or smartphone, the device camera will be used for this purpose.
When you click the "Capture From Camera" button, you will be asked by the browser to provide access to the camera attached to the device.
After uploading a photo, you will be given the option to adjust the photo before submitting, such as moving the focus, zooming in / out and rotating.
Member Check-in Code
The check-in code allows quick check-in for members at the front-desk. If you don't enter a value, one will be generated automatically. You can also change the number of digits in the attendance settings.
Liability Waiver
As part of the sign-up process, you should have the member read and sign a liability waiver. The waiver is integrated in the sign-up form and is accessible by clicking the "Read Waiver" button. If you haven't yet added your own legal waiver text, you will be prompted to do so when you click the button.
You can set in the member settings whether a guardian needs to sign for a minor. Member's age is determined by the date provided in the "Date of birth" field.
Membership Selection
Members can pick which membership to join during sign-up. They can add a payment card and pay for it on the next step.
Sign-up Complete
After completing the sign-up form, the member is presented with three options -
- Adding their payment information (credit-card or bank account)
- Adding a family member (they will be joined into a family account)
- Or going directly to check-in (they can add their payment information after class)
