Email Messaging

You can send a gym branded Email to your members, visitors and instructors from your manager account. No need to export Email addresses or use (and pay for) another service such as mailchimp.

Email messaging is reached from the "Marketing" menu in your manager account.

You can filter your target audience by different parameters, including -

• Member type
• Membership
• Program
• Status
• And more

The Email is composed used a visual text editor that allows you to format your message, add images, headings, item lists and more. You can also add a file attachment to be included with the Email.

Email Preview

You can check how your Email looks before you send it out to your target audience. Click on the "Send Preview" to receive a preview of the Email to the Email address in your account settings.

Sending

When you hit the send button, you will have a chance to confirm before you send your message out. Once sent, you can review your message and its recipients in the messaging history. Learn more about the messaging history
