Branded Member App
We’re excited to share that the option to have your own Branded Member App is now available! The functionality gives you the ability to design and launch your own member app to the Apple & Google app stores, all within Gymdesk. The monthly cost is $100, which will not be charged until your app is live.
You can start the process by going to Settings -> Members App -> Setup White Label App. From there, you’ll find a guided tutorial on how to customize your app and launch via the Apple and Google app stores.
Requirements
As an app publisher, you will need to register developer accounts with Apple and Google, pay their fees and ensure you meet their requirements:
- A D-U-N-S number for your business
- Apple Developer account ($99 per year)
- Google Play developer account ($25 one-time fee)
- A privacy policy on your website
Step 1: App Details
On this step you'll be able to set the store region, app name and app store description.
Step 2: Icon & Splash Screen
Here you'll add your app logo & splash screen image, which is the screen that displays as your app loads
Step 3: Theme Customization
On this page you'll be able to ensure the app matches your brand themes & colors
Step 4: Privacy Policy
Here you'll insert the app privacy policy. If you don't have a standard privacy policy, you can leverage our template.
Step 5: Setup Checklist
Now that you've customized the branding for your app, we'll guide you through all of the steps you need to get your app live in the Apple & Google app stores. Keep in mind that you will need to create your accounts as organizations in both AppStore and PlayStore. We've included some links below to guide you:

Step 6: Review & Submit
Once you've completed all of these steps, you'll review and submit your app order. The Gymdesk app team will review your information and get in touch with you if there are any issues. If everything looks good, we'll submit your app to the app stores and let you know when it's live.
You will not be charged the $100 monthly fee until your app goes live on either store. You can expect your app to be available via the Apple App Store and Google Play within 2-3 weeks of being submitted; however, approval is dependent on the app stores and can take longer.
