View and Manage Sales Transactions
The Sales Tab on the Point of Sale page shows a complete history of all finalized sales at your gym, along with their related invoices. Sales from both the POS and the Online Shop (if enabled) appear here.
Managing Direct Sales (POS)
The Direct Tab displays sales completed through the digital Point of Sale (POS) system. Each entry shows the customer, the staff member who processed the sale, any discount code applied, the payment method, the item description, and the total amount.
The Staff Column identifies exactly which team member completed each transaction, allowing you to track who sold specific items and monitor POS activity across your staff.

This information can be exported as a CSV file using the Export button in the top-right corner. The export includes all visible columns, including Staff and Discount Code, making it easy to review, report on, or track sales performance outside of Gymdesk.
Managing Online Sales
Sales completed through your website appear in the Online Shop Tab (online shop must be enabled). You can update the status of each online sale using the Update link in the Status Column. The three available statuses are “Order Placed,” “Processed,” and “Picked Up.”

How to Locate Previous Sales
Use the search bar to quickly locate sales by customer name. For more precise results, apply filters to narrow the list by invoice number, transaction ID, date range, staff member, product, sale type, status, and other criteria.

Viewing Receipts and Processing Refunds
Clicking Receipt opens the detailed view of the sale. From there, you can issue a refund, cancel a manual sale, resend the receipt to the customer’s email address, or print a copy for your records.
