Use this at-a-glance view to spot attendance trends, identify potential drop-offs early, and adjust your schedule, staffing, or class offerings to better match member demand.

My Tasks
Track follow-ups and reminders for members or leads, including due dates and contact details. If a task is assigned to a specific staff member, it will appear in that staff member’s Tasks list when they log in.

The Upcoming Birthdays section includes a list of members with upcoming birthdays so you can stay engaged and build relationships. You can turn this option on in Settings → Members → Member Notifications.

Overdue Payments
The Overdue Payments section highlights members with outstanding balances so you can follow up quickly and keep billing on track. From here, you can see how much is owed, what the charges are for, and open each invoice directly to retry a payment or send a payment reminder.
