Billing Growth Reporting
The Billing Growth Report provides a summary of your revenue trends over time, tracking total payments and overall growth to help you visualize how your income changes month to month or year to year, identify seasonal patterns, and measure financial progress.
Accessing the Billing Growth Report
Go to Billing in the Main Menu
Select → Growth
♦ Choose a view:

Year-to-date – Displays collected revenue for the current year.

End of year projection – Estimates your expected total revenue based on year-to-date data. It updates automatically as new payments are collected, providing a quick view of your anticipated year-end totals.
♦ Use the year selector at the top to switch between different years.
Understanding the Billing Growth Dashboard
The Billing Growth Dashboard delivers a clear overview of your organization’s financial performance, spotlighting total revenue, year-over-year growth, and a visual month-by-month breakdown of income for your selected year.
- Total: Shows your total collected revenue for the selected time period, along with the percentage change compared to the previous period.
- Revenue: Displays monthly revenue as a bar graph, helping visualize payment activity throughout the year. Hover over any bar to view the total collected for that month.
- Memberships: Represents total income generated from active memberships. The percentage shown indicates how much of your total revenue comes from memberships.
- Point-of-Sale: Displays income generated from in-person product sales, such as retail items or gear purchases.
- Pending: Represents the total amount of scheduled or upcoming payments that have not yet been processed.
- Per Member: Shows the average total revenue per active member based on your current billing data.
Viewing Monthly Revenue Trends
The Revenue Growth table displays your data in a month-by-month view, showing how your income changes throughout the selected year. It breaks down the same categories listed in the dashboard and also includes the total number of paying members for each month.

Positive changes are shown in green, and negative changes in red, indicating how each month’s revenue compares to the previous month.
