[Account](https://docs.gymdesk.com/en/help/docs/account?hsLang=en) # Account Plan The account plan determines the usage limits your account has and the amount you pay each month. The [Account Plan screen](https://docs.gymdesk.com/manager/account/plan?hsLang=en) shows you an overview of your current plan and account usage, and allows you make changes to your plan. ![Gym Plan-](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20sitepage%20images/Gym%20Plan-.png?width=670&height=217&name=Gym%20Plan-.png)   To change the account plan, click on the "Change Plan" button. ### **Picking an account plan** Clicking on the "Change Plan" button in the Account Plan screen shows you a list of all of the available plans. ![Change Account Plan 2](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20sitepage%20images/Change%20Account%20Plan%202.png?width=670&height=323&name=Change%20Account%20Plan%202.png)   The plan you currently have active will be clearly marked. To change your plan, click on the "Pick Plan" button for the plan you would like to select. ![Change Account Confirmation](https://docs.gymdesk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20sitepage%20images/Change%20Account%20Confirmation.png?width=670&height=748&name=Change%20Account%20Confirmation.png)   Before changing your plan, a dialog will appear explaining the exact change and charges that will be made. If you are upgrading to a higher cost plan, a charge will be made to cover the difference until the next billing date (at which time you will be charged the monthly plan amount). ### **Trial access & expiry** Please note that trial accounts do not have access to bulk messaging features or the SSL for a custom website domain. At the end of the free trial, if you have not picked an account plan, your account will switch to our free plan. All of your data that you inputted on the trial will remain in this free plan account. The free plan is limited to 15 active members and you are still able to use the majority of the features.
